The need to track employee's attendance is a critical component of most payroll systems but even more acute in this day and age is the need of HR to track the various categories of time-off that may be taken.

TimeControl has the flexibility to track an unlimited number of time-off categories which you can define. Vacation, Sick Leave and Personal time are all tracked dynamically so the employees can see how much of each category has been taken and how much is remaining right in the timesheet interface.

TimeControl can also track wide varieties of rate types and customized field types on each timesheet. From an Administrator standpoint, TimeControl can optionally be configured to restrain personnel from recording a type of time off when they are not entitled. This prevents people for example, from being paid for vacation or sick leave to which they are not entitled.
